Description

New officers of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association who were elected in convention at the Blackstone Hotel included J. E. Foster Junior, left, of Fort Worth, Texas, A. H. Cadwallader Junior, of San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Foster and Mr. Cadwallader are shown standing next to each other in front of a wall. Both are wearing double-breasted suits and patterned ties. In front of Mr. Cadwallader is a chair.
