Description

Women attending the Texas Christian Church convention in Fort Worth, Texas, were guests of the Tarrant County Federation of Christian Churches at a tea at the First Methodist Church. Three of the hostesses at the tea were, left to right, Mrs. L. S. Sooter, Mrs. H. H. Seale, president of the federation, and Mrs. Walter Jennings, who was the first president of the federation. The women are standing behind a table with a bouquet of flowers displayed on it. All three are wearing dresses. Mrs. Sooter and Mrs. Seale are also wearing small flowers in their hair while Mrs. Jennings has one pinned to her dress collar.
