George W. Purnell, of Dallas, Texas, E. Hautcamp, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and L. S. Lacey, of Denison, Texas, three past grand chancellors who were presented life membership during a Knights of Pythias session in Fort Worth, Texas. The men are shown standing next to each other, all wearing dark suits. Purnell and Hautecamp are also wearing name tags on their jacket lapels. Lacey is wearing a pair of eyeglasses. Behind them is a wall and a window with a patterned curtain.
