Description
Standing left to right are Texas State Game Warden Roscoe Parks and Justice of the Peace C. C. Van Wagner. They are standing with a string of 21 white bass and one crappie. A white cat is standing on the porch, eyeing the fish. Warden Parks caught two preseason fishermen and confiscated their fish. He is dressed in a hat and a uniform. Justice Wagner, of Lake Worth, Texas, fined each offender $36. He is wearing a button-up shirt, bow-tie, and trousers. The men are planning to give the fish to All-Church Home.
