Description

Marvin L. Hersey is a member of the American Red Cross. Chairmen, secretaries, and assistants with the organization are reporting to the new headquarters in the Capps Building for the first time Monday morning. They arrived to find most of the office furniture still in the halls and the strong smell of new varnish. Mr. Hersey is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a suit.
