Description
The Texas Tech Board Members are meeting to discuss the annual report. Sitting, left to right, are Kyle Spiller, O. B. Ratliff, Milburn McCarthy, and A. G. "Pat" Mayse. Standing in the same order are Dr. Clifford B. Jones, Charles C. Thompson, W. T. Gaston, and John B. Collier Junior. Though enrollment at Texas Tech University is down, the board feels the drop is consistent with schools across the nation. Many of the boys serving overseas are taking correspondence courses through the school's extension service. Dr. Jones is president of the school. Mr. Thompson was recently elected chairman of the board. Mr. Mayse, Spiller, and Ratliff are new members
