Description

The Tarrant County War Bond Drive has exceeded their original goal of $25 million. Pictured left to right, are C. W. Garrard, J. Lewell Lafferty, and Miss Ruby George Trussell. Mr. Garrard is with the bond department of the Fort Worth National Bank. He is dressed in a suit. Mr. Lafferty is the War Finance Committee chairman. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit. Miss Trussell is an employee of the First National Bank in the trust department. She is wearing a dress with a lace collar. The group is sitting behind a desk. On the desk are stacks of documents and books and a sign advertising their funding goal. At the far right is a desk lamp.
