Dean Colby D. Hall is being honored with a formal dinner on the eve of his retirement from Texas Christian University (T. C. U.). In attendance, left to right, are Emeritus Edward McShane Waits, Dean Hall, and Dr. M. E. Sadler. Mr. Waits, former T. C. U. President, is dressed in a tuxedo.
