The Lena Pope Home's board meeting turned into a surprise party for the treasurer, Mrs. William Rigg. She is shown receiving a gift from County Judge Clarence Kraft, on behalf of the board. The party was thrown in appreciation of Mrs. Rigg's 12 years as volunteer treasurer. She is wearing a button-up blouse and a skirt. Judge Kraft is dressed in a double breasted suit.
