One of the busiest spots in West Central Texas is the Wimberly district in Southern Jones County. Oil worker I. E. Garbro is a driller on the S. C. Herring number one Hardy. He is shown leaning against a pipe, dressed in a hat, button-up shirt, gloves, and trousers.
