Mrs. Karl E. Pleger, of Rochester, New York, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Reich Jr. in Fort Worth, Texas. Traveling with her are her two young children, Karl Frederick and Penelope Ann. The trio is shown sitting on a couch, with Mrs. Pleger in the middle. Mrs. Pleger is wearing a collared dress, embroidered with butterflies. Karl Frederick is dressed in a striped shirt and overalls. Penelope Ann is wearing a frilly blouse and a jumper. There is a mirror hanging on the back wall, with a lamp on either side. The reflection of the photographer is seen in the mirror.
