    Description

    The All-City Lions Committee is directing arrangements for the world championship bantamweight boxing match to be held in Fort Worth, Texas, on April 28, 1943. The Lions are sponsoring the bout for the benefit of the Fort Worth Lighthouse for the Blind. The committee members are, left to right, Chairman Roger Neely, of the Downtown Club, J. C. Buster, of the South Side Club, Sam Archibald, of the East Side Club, and Sam Furr, of the Riverside Club. The four men are standing in front of an empty wall. Neely is wearing a double-breasted suit, eyeglasses and a hat. Buster is wearing a three-piece suit and a hat. Archibald is wearing a suit with a bow tie, eyeglasses and a hat. Furr is wearing a double-breasted pinstripe suit and a hat, and is holding a cigar in his left hand.
