Description
The undefeated Texas A&M Aggies are facing off against the Tulane Green Waves in the 1940 Sugar Bowl. The game is being held at Tulane Stadium. A photograph from the top of the stadium shows the packed New Years crowd. Around 73,000 fans are in attendance. The Aggies went on to win the game 14-13 after two rushing touchdowns from fullback, John Kimbrough. With a perfect 11-0 season, the Texas A&M Aggies were named National Champions.
