Officials in Fort Worth, Texas, to take part in flag-raising ceremonies of a catalyst plant are, left to right, W. L. Spalding, superintendent, Harry L. Derby, president, American Cyanamid and Chemical Corporation, and J. F. Fredricksson, vice president. The three men are standing in front of a window where the blinds have been completely closed. All three are wearing double-breasted suits. Mr. Spalding is also wearing eyeglasses. Mr. Derby is holding a smoke pipe.
