Description
Captain Charles G. Cotton, who has been stationed at the Fort Worth Quartermaster Depot, will leave for Camp Lee, Virginia, to take a two-month special training course. A former Chamber of Commerce department head, Captain Cotton has been a reserve officer since World War I and received his captain's commission in 1928. He is shown standing in front of an empty wall, wearing his military uniform and a pair of eyeglasses.
