Attendees at the East Texas Chamber of Commerce Convention in Marshall, Texas, included Fred Harvey, left, of Corsicana, Texas, and Kirby H. Jackson of Hillsboro, Texas. The two men are standing in front of a decorated wall and a wooden door. Mr. Harvey has his left arm on Mr. Jackson's shoulder and is smiling. Mr. Harvey is wearing a pinstripe, three-piece suit with the jacket unbuttoned, and eyeglasses. He has a ribbon pinned onto his jacket lapel. Mr. Jackson is wearing a double-breasted suit with a name tag pinned to the jacket lapel.
