Description
Image shows Firemen fought the stubborn three alarm fire for three hours in the rain at the Metropolitan Building. The interior of the hotel is shown with fire damage extending above the door. Picture frames and a ladder are shown. There was extensive damage to the Chamber of Commerce offices, Milner Hotel, and the Texas Buffet Café. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition March 13, 1943.
