Mrs. Walter J. Edmondson is registering for the new War Ration Book No. 2, which she will add to her collection of ration supplies, which include two No. 1 books, "A" and "B" gas books, tire examination report and calendar of rationing dates. Mrs. Edmondson is standing in front of a brick wall, smiling and holding up her rationing supplies. She also has a coat draped over one arm and is holding a handbag. She is wearing a dark jacket over a floral dress. There is a flower pinned to one of the jacket lapels.
