Lieutenant Tulon L. Jackson of the United States Navy Reserve is shown standing in front of a plain wall wearing his military uniform. Lt. Jackson interviewed many applicants for the Civil Engineering Corps at the Navy information desk in the lobby of Hotel Texas stationed there from February 22 through 26 for the Recruiting Drive of the Civil Engineer Corps, WAVES and SPARS. He is anxious to contact men with degrees in electrical, mechanical, civil and sanitary engineering or men with 10 years or more experience in this work. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 23, 1943.
