Description
Members of the Texas Railroad Commission, who presided at the Blackstone Hotel over the first statewide proration hearing ever held in Fort Worth are, left to right: Olin Culberson, Chairman Beauford Jester and E. O. Thompson. The three men are shown sitting at a dinner table looking at documents. Mr. Beauford is handling one specific set of documents that they are looking over. Each of them are wearing dark suits. Mr. Culberson and Mr. Thompson are also wearing eyeglasses. Behind them is a small stage with band instruments. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 19, 1943.
