Jeanie Freeman, 4 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Freeman. Jeanie is shown standing in front of an empty wall wearing a jumper dress. Her hair is braided into two pigtails and have bows tied around the ends. She is smiling widely and looking to her left. The Freemans have come to Fort Worth and have difficulty finding quarters. The Chamber of Commerce bureau says more and more listing by landlords specify "no children." Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 16, 1943.
