Frank Nicholson, boatswain 2nd class of the U. S. Coast Guard, former composing room employee of the Star-Telegram. Nicholson is shown standing in front of an empty wall wearing his Coast Guard uniform and looking to the right. He is smiling widely. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Nicholson. He is currently stationed in San Francisco, California. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 14, 1943.
