Description
Connie Merrick (standing), Joan Kinstley (left) and Noel Pierson (right) attended the Carnegie Appreciation of the Arts Show at the Fort Worth Public Library. The trio of women are artists. Miss Merrick teaches Joan and Noel and other young artists from the Fort Worth Recreational Department. Miss Merrick is shown holding up a board while Joan and Noel are sitting on the floor with boards on their laps and a set of drawing utensils. The wall behind them displays four pieces of framed artwork of varying sizes. Miss Merrick is wearing a knee-length, dark skirt and a checkered jacket. Joan is wearing a dark dress with a blouse underneath. Noel is wearing a collared blouse, coat, and a plaid skirt.
