Mary Anne Hendrick, 18 year old freshman, was presented as Texas Wesleyan College campus Sweetheart of 1943 in ceremonies, February 12. Miss Hendricks is shown standing in front of a patterned window curtain with a bouquet of flowers in her hand. She is wearing a short-sleeve dress with some lace detailing around neckline. Miss Hendricks is a biology major and her parents are Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Hendricks of Archer City, Texas. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 13, 1943.
