Mrs. Varner Beall Stevens, entertainment chairman, left, and Mrs. Murrey Kyger, member of the finance committee, pause in making plans for the Valentine tea which the Garden Club will have Friday from 2 to 5 p. m. at the home of Mrs. Bert N. Honea. The ladies are sitting on a sofa and reading a Homes & Gardens magazine between them. A pair of matching lamps, with flowers painted on them, are in the background. Mrs. Stevens is wearing a beaded necklace and Mrs. Kyger is wearing a jeweled brooch. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition February 11, 1943.
