Description

The Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association is meeting to install new officers in the organization. Sitting on a couch, left to right, are Leo Meyer, A. D. Nelson, and A. J. Wells. Mr. Meyer, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a tax commissioner and is being named vice-chairman of the standing commission on state and local taxation. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit. Mr. Nelson is a tax commissioner and is being named general chairman of the committee. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Wells, of Tulsa's Carter Oil Company, is the retiring general chairman. He is wearing a double breasted, three-piece suit.
