Mr. Withers is the managing editor of the Dallas Morning News. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Allen is president of the Dallas Rotary Club. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Goodfellow is president of the Fort Worth Rotary Club. He is wearing a pinstripe suit. The men are sitting at a dining table. Behind them, against the wall, is a row of flags.
