The new officers of the National Fashion Exhibitors, Incorporated, are being announced. Pictured left to right are Ben Schneider, Herman Marcus, and John D. Heard. Mr. Schneider is the secretary treasurer. Mr. Marcus is the vice president. Mr. Heard is the president. All three Dallas, Texas, natives are dressed in double breasted suits.
