Mrs. Helen C. Hoppe is an employee of the stock accounting branch of the Fort Worth Quartermaster Depot. By order of the Quartermaster General, Mrs. Hoppe will attend a two-week International Business Machines (IBM) School in Endicott, New York. She is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a collared blouse and a checkered blazer. There is a brooch pinned to the breast pocket of the blazer.
