    Description

A fire destroyed the Tomascik family home in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Tomascik are surveying the remnants of their home and separating the items that weren't damaged. The fire broke out early Tuesday morning when their three children were getting ready for school. The eldest, Helen Hayes, rushed her younger brother and sister to safety and summoned help. Mrs. Tomascik is wearing a collared blouse, sweater, and trousers. Mr. Tomascik is dressed in a hat, leather jacket, and trousers. Some of the items on the road include a stove, a mattress and a few chairs.
