The three men are shown sitting at a table together looking over a pamphlet that Mr. Curl is holding. Each of them are dressed in suits and both Mr. Curl and Mr. Sandsberry are wearing eyeglasses, as well. Mr. Mersfelder is also holding a cigarette in his right hand. In the foreground of the image, there are a few items that can be seen set on the table, such as a small tray and an ink well.
