Frank Milles III and his mother, Mrs. Frank Milles. Mrs. Milles is shown sitting with her son at a small table, helping him construct a miniature windmill. The duo are inspecting their windmill and try to decide on where to put the next pieces. Mrs. Milles is wearing a long, dark dress with a lace collar while her son is wearing a buttoned-up shirt and cowboy boots. Behind them is a shelf with the container the windmill came in and a small toy tractor. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 12, 1943.
