O. D. Weaver, treasurer for Fort Worth, Texas, and Denver City, Texas, Railway. Mr. Weaver is shown standing in front of an empty wall wearing a dark, double-breasted suit and a pair of eyeglasses. He appears to be looking off to the left. Mr. Weaver has been auditor of revenues since 1918. The treasurer position he now takes has been vacant for many years.
