Mrs. Addie Lee Brownwell is the newest member of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (W. A. A. C.). She joined the organization, officially, after a week long fast to drop within the weight qualifications. Mrs. Brownwell is a seamstress in Fort Worth, Texas. She has a son, seven nephews, and a brother in-law in the service. Mrs. Brownwell is 39 years old. She is shown standing in front of a curtain, wearing a polka-dot dress.
