Corporal John Logan is a soldier with the medical detachment at Hammond General Hospital in Modesto, California. He is home in Fort Worth, Texas, on a furlough, visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Logan. Before enlisting, Corporal Logan worked in the mailing department of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform and eyeglasses.
