Two club youngsters of the Fort Worth Boys' Club that Santa Claus made happy Wednesday afternoon at the annual Christmas party at the club building are, left to right, Lonnie Temple, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Temple and David Wayne Wilkerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Wilkerson. They are kneeling in front of a Christmas tree with their hands filled with a bag of mixed whole nuts and apples and oranges with Santa Claus, kneeling, handing a stripped sock to David. J. A. Gooch is Santa Claus, wearing the costume and a mask. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 24, 1942.
