Mrs. Sallie Helm, new postmaster of Kennedale, Texas. Shown is an image of a framed picture of Mrs. Helm, smiling at the camera. She is wearing round glasses and a dark top. Her first husband, D. F. Bryson, died in 1927. She married E. A. Helm in 1938. She operated a grocery established by her first husband for a number of years, and has been active in Red Cross work for 10 years.
