Description
Sarah Louise Kiper is a 13-year-old student at Riverside Elementary School. The sixth grade girl was suspended from school after refusing to salute the flag. Sarah Louise and her mother, Mrs. Theodore Kiper, are appealing the suspension. They will lay her case before Fort Worth's Board of Education at a special meeting. Sarah Louise is standing in the front of her house with her bicycle. She is wearing a collared blouse, blazer, skirt, and a coat.
