Left to right: Clint Wilks of Athens, Texas, Raymond Robbins of Athens, Texas, Charles S. Dudley of Dallas, Texas, and Charles C. Toomey of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The men are shown sitting around a table covered in a plethora of documents and folders. They appear to be conferring over wartime problems of the organization as they look over their papers together. Each of them are dressed in dark suits with name tags. Mr. Wilks's suit is the only textured one and Mr. Dudley and Mr. Toomey are both wearing glasses. Behind them is an empty wall.
