Mrs. Sidney Monson, parachute rigger, pilot and parachutist. Mrs. Monson is shown standing in front of a wall that has a framed picture hanging on it. She is wearing a large, long-sleeve shirt and a bow in her hair. Mrs. Monson is the former Miss Iris Daniels, native of Norway, and a veteran of 148 parachute jumps. She is also an honorary member of the Women's International Flying Association. Her husband, an aviator of 23 years, has appeared in many air shows and is now an instructor in the civilian pilot training program at Fort Worth (Texas) Flying School. They couple also have a daughter named Eris.
