27th Annual meeting of Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association in San Antonio. Frank Jones, Marfa ranchman (left) and Arthur Henderson, Vancourt ranchman. The two men are shown standing beside each other, looking forward. Both are wearing brimmed hats, however Henderson is wearing a textured suit while Jones wears a jacket with a tie and a long-sleeve shirt. Behind them, a window can be seen farther into the distance.
