27th Annual meeting of Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association in San Antonio, Texas. Marsh Lea of Fort Stockton (left), vice president of the association, and H. W. Mathews with the agricultural research department of Swift & Co, Chicago. Lea and Mathews are shown conversing with each other, as Lea holds a cigar in his hand.
