Donna Fern Pipes, 5 years old girl looking at a miniature carnival at Striplings department store. Small Donna is shown standing among the miniature scene holding up a small doll. The scene comes with a large crowd of small dolls set in different parts of the carnival. Seen can be a Ferris wheel, a carousel and other small carnival game booths scattered about. There are also tiny American flags on top of many of the tiny structures. Donna is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Pipes.
