Description
In observance of the annual Citizenship Day celebration, Fort Worth, Texas, is turning over control of the city to the people. Members of the local chapter of the De Molay organization will be taking over city positions for the day. Bernard Park, the master counselor of the organization, will act as Mayor. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a double breasted suit.
