Description
P. E. Wynns, carpenter at Hotel Texas, driving the last nail into one of two crates of cookies bound for the "Christmas stockings" of a destroyer crew which will be on the high seas Christmas Day. The cookies were baked by citizens of Arlington, Texas, and shipped with the cooperation of the United Service Organization (U. S. O.) in Fort Worth, Texas. Mrs. K. W. Shedd, of the U. S. O., looks on. She is wearing a dress. Mr. Wynns is wearing a shirt, overalls and a hat.
