Description

Mrs. C. H. Ruddell is pictured here with her dish collection. She is shown seated by her spoon cabinet on top of which are more of her cup and saucer collection and her last set of doll dishes. She is holding up her grandfather's old coffee cup and smiling at it. Mrs. Ruddell is wearing a long-sleeved, dark dress with a butterfly brooch pinned near her neckline. On the wall next to her is a window with closed blinds and a patterned curtain. Further behind is a cabinet. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 23, 1942.
