Description
Charles Billman is a 76-year-old farmer from Donna, Texas. He has 60 acres of land where he cultivates citrus groves. The pioneer began his farming career in the harsh weather conditions of South Dakota. He raised wheat and corn. In 1921, Mr. Billman decided to move to the warmer Texas climate. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a three-piece suit.
