Description
Among those attending the 30th and last annual session of the Central Texas Conference, Women's Missionary Society of the Methodist-Episcopal Church, South, were Miss Thelma Colvin (right), of Waxahachie, Texas, and Mrs. James Sartain, of Dallas, Texas. The duo is seated on a stone bench outside of a house. Miss Colvin, former missionary to Japan, is showing Mrs. Sartain copies of Japanese newspapers. Miss Colvin is wearing a floral print dress and Mrs. Sartain is wearing a dress with a small jacket over it and a floral accessory. Both women are wearing hats. The organization convened for two days at First Methodist Church in Weatherford, Texas.
