Doctor W. E. Ward is a science teacher at Handley High School. He received his PhD degree from the University of Texas last spring. He wrote his thesis on modern methods of teaching chemistry compared with the old or traditional textbook methods. Dr. Ward is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a double breasted suit.
