The Office of Price Administration (O. P. A.) is issuing the first award for voluntary service. Pictured left to right are Mark McGee and Bullock Hyder. Mr. McGee, the state director of the O. P. A., is issuing a certificate. He is wearing a three-piece suit. Mr. Hyder of Denton, Texas, is resigning from his post with O. P. A. He volunteered from January to October without collecting payment. He is resigning from the position to enter the Army. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit.
